150. Overwhelmed? This One’s for You.

Today’s episode expands on the feelings of burnout and overwhelm that we’ve been talking about, and our hope is that it will give you some tangible tools and ideas for how we’ve worked through it in different seasons of our lives.

Both of us are moms of 3 children, with careers, partners, houses and laundry. We get it! We’ve been through all the tough seasons where we just weren’t asking for help or accepting it from others. In this episode, we reveal some personal stories of times where we were really overwhelmed, and we share what worked, what didn’t quite work, and how we have been able to get to where we are today in this area.

As you may know by now, our self-care course is live, and you can go to https://herself.teachable.com/ to register now! We have made this course to help women take better care of themselves by using research, quotes from experts, what our community has told us and from our own experiences. We’ve built this course to be something tangible that you can use not only today, but for days and weeks on end! If you go to https://herself.teachable.com/ and use the code ‘earlybird’, you’ll get 30% off the price of the course, which is the biggest discount we will offer on it, but hurry as this code will expire next Monday, October 17th, 2022! We can’t wait to start this journey with you, to a more fulfilled you!

We’d love it if you could share this episode and message with anyone you feel could benefit from it, because overwhelm is such a relevant topic today for so many people. Don’t forget to tag us, @herselfpodcast, and let us know what resonated the most with you!
