Serving our community with a course on self care has been on our hearts for a while. Every day we hear from women about the challenges they face in caring for themselves. We've been there. After years of struggling to make ourselves a priority, we knew something had to change.
In this course, we share how we've each overcome the challenges of being women and moms with very full lives and the self care habits we wish we had years ago. We've gathered research, expert insights, strategies from our community, and our own tried-and-true tips to help you feel more aligned with your values, more energized, and more...like you.
